........A reflection on childhood awareness, faith, and becoming
Spiritual journeys are never a straight road, they unfold differently for each of us...
This is not a roadmap or a “how-to” guide. I am still in the process, still learning, still unlearning, and still discovering what it means to live in alignment with my higher self.
Looking back, I think if you are spiritually inclined, you often notice the signs from childhood. Little moments stand out like sensing shifts in emotions around you, or feeling guided to act before anyone tells you what to do.
I remember times when I would quietly take on chores, only for someone to come moments later and ask me to do the very thing my mind had already nudged me toward. At the time, I didn’t know what to call it, but now I see it as part of that inner whisper, that subtle guidance.
Rooted in Faith, Open to Spirit
I wasn’t raised in a “traditional” home in terms of spirituality. My upbringing was firmly Catholic/Apostolic, and I remain Catholic to this day. But here is something important I have learned: Inclining toward your higher self doesn’t necessarily mean switching religions.
It isn’t about abandoning faith, but about acknowledging who you are and being open to growth. For me, Catholicism is the root, and my spiritual awareness is the branch stretching toward the light.
Awakening the Higher Self
For me, spirituality is about awarenessrecognizing the quiet nudges, listening to the inner voice, and choosing to take small steps toward becoming a better version of myself.
It is not about perfection; it’s about alignment. It’s about allowing both faith and self-discovery to shape me, hand in hand.
The Journey Continues
My story is still unfolding. There are no final answers here, only lessons, shifts, and reminders that every step matters. Spirituality, to me, is not a destination but a lifelong path.
And so, my journey continues not as a finished story, but as a path unfolding one step at a time.
I’m still on this journey, still learning and evolving. If you’d like to follow along as I share more reflections on spirituality, faith, and self-discovery, stay connected—there is more to come.
